Former President Donald Trump announced last night that a federal court in Miami has indicted him.
They are terrified of this Joe Biden investigation blowing open which is why they are indicting President Donald Trump tonight.

The indictment is currently sealed. However, Trump connected the charges to documents he held after leaving the White House.
Trump released a statement about the charges that he posted on Truth Social:
The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is “secured” by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time.
Multiple reports stated that there are seven charges in the indictment, including possible obstruction of justice for allegedly making false representations in a sworn statement to the FBI and the grand jury.
As Trump noted, Biden faces a classified document scandal of his own, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton escaped prosecution for her own abuse of classified documents using her insecure email server.
In the statement, Trump said he would appear at the court on Tuesday.
Trump also released a video statement:

This marks the second time Trump has been indicted in just over two months. On March 30, a Manhattan grand jury indicted Trump in relation to alleged hush money payments made to pornographic performer Stephanie Clifford, better known as Stormy Daniels. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg led the investigation.
The corrupt FBI and DOJ tried to rig the 2016 election and failed.

They succeeded at rigging the 2020 election.
The bogus indictment of Trump is their attempt to rig the 2024 election.
DOJ and FBI are domestic terror organizations that need to be permanently shut down.
Trump appeared for his arraignment at the Manhattan Criminal Court a month later. The criminal trial is set for next March.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., called the second indictment a “dark day for the United States of America.”
Today is indeed a dark day for the United States of America.

It is unconscionable for a President to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades.
I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump…
Donald Trump Jr. said on Twitter that the second indictment was “revenge from the Deep State,” and that it is a violation of the norms and Constitution of the country.
Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy called the indictment an “affront to every citizen.”
We can’t have two tiers of justice: one for Trump, another for Biden. One for Assange, another for Manning. One for BLM/Antifa, another for peaceful protesters on Jan 6.

I never thought we’d see the day when the U.S. President deputizes the DOJ to arrest his lead rival in the…

100% – This is revenge from the Deep State. They're willing to engage in historic election interference and will burn our norms and Constitution to shreds to try to stop Trump from winning the Presidency again. They know he is the only real threat to their power. https://t.co/FGnApSrBzq

Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., said that Trump acted like he was “above the law.”
Sen. Marsha Blackburn said that from the time President Trump first announced his candidacy, the FBI displayed an unprecedented vendetta against him. A few years ago, it would have been unthinkable for an Attorney General to approve an FBI raid on the home of a former president. She went on.
One law for them and one for us. Remember these?
After Hillary Clinton got caught deleting thousands of classified emails from her private server as Secretary of State, the FBI and Democratic politicians fabricated a plan to accuse President Trump of Russian collusion.
